Payment Data: We do not store your full credit card details. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, which processes payment information independently. We only receive confirmation of payment and the transaction ID.

3. How We Use Your Data (Purpose and Legal Basis)

We process your data for the following purposes:

Service Execution (Contractual Necessity): To automatically populate the official Spanish application PDF (e.g., EX-15, EX-18) using the information you provide.
Delivery: To generate the document and send the completed PDF to your email address and make it available in your personal account.
Customer Support: To assist you with any issues regarding the file generation.
Legal & Fiscal Obligations: To issue invoices and maintain accounting records as required by Spanish law.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

To provide our services efficiently, we rely on trusted external providers that act as Data Processors on our behalf. We share only the data strictly necessary for them to perform their specific function. These providers include:
